For example, today’s 5G communication network requires the time source, time transmission, and end device, time synchronization performance to reach 10 to 30ns.   • Tracking satellites

Under normal tracking on GNSS satellite receivers, the output absolute time accuracy of various time interfaces are as follows:

1) 1PPS + ToD interface:

Time accuracy against UTC: ≤±30ns.

2) PTP interface:

Time accuracy against UTC : ≤±30ns.

3) NTP interface (Gigabit optical interface):

Time accuracy against UTC : ≤±1ms.

Under normal tracking on GNSS satellite system, the output signal MTIE/TDEV of 1PPS interface meets the requirements of level-1 reference clock drift generated by our frequency synchronization network. Normal tracking of satellites, frequency deviation ≤ ± 3E-12 / day.

  • Tracking Ground Source

a. Under normal tracking of the input signal of the 1PPS + ToD interface, the output time accuracy of the various time interfaces are as follows:

1) 1PPS + ToD interface:

Time accuracy against input port: ≤±5ns.

2) PTP interface:

Time accuracy against input port : ≤±10ns.

b. When tracking the PTP signal normally, the output time accuracy of various time interfaces are as follows:

1) 1PPS + ToD interface:

Time accuracy against input port : ≤±5ns.

2) PTP interface:

Time accuracy against input port : ≤±20ns.

TFT3001 Time Holdover Performance

Time reference source loss, level-1 reference clock available, system enter the frequency holdover state, observing through the 1PPS interface or PTP interface: System holdover performance: ≤ ± 100ns / day

Time and frequency reference source loss, system enter the internal rubidium holdover state, observing through the 1PPS interface or PTP interface: System holdover performance: ≤ ±500ns / day (Rubidium clock); System holdover performance: ≤ ±20us / day (OCXO)
